Q: Do you bring your own equipment and detergents?

Yes. Our team comes with the equipment and cleaning products needed for the job. If you prefer us to use specific products, let us know when you request a quote.

Q: Can cleaning happen outside office hours?

Yes. Many offices prefer early-morning or evening cleaning so staff are not disturbed. We agree working hours with you when we set up the schedule.

Q: Do you offer one-off deep cleans?

Yes. We carry out one-off deep cleans, move-in and move-out cleans and post-construction cleans as well as regular contract cleaning.

Q: Can you supply washroom consumables?

We can supply items such as tissue, hand soap and sanitiser through our general supplies service and keep them topped up as part of your cleaning schedule.

Q: What if something is missed?

Tell us and we will put it right. Our supervisors check work against the agreed checklist, and your feedback helps us keep standards consistent.
